If you disconnect the MAF does it smooth out?

If it only happens under load check ignition coils. With the car off you can remove two at a time. Start car to see if the spark jumps towers. If no spark might be a bad coil or icm., Swap two coils and test again. If the no spark follows the coil it is a bad coil. If coil location on icm is always the coil not sparking it could be icm. I have heard of a bad coil causing the icm to not work another coil location.
