please can any one help?

I have a 94 Buick la saber that when I turn the key on the fuel pump relay just starts clicking constantly. It stops when its turning over but the car wont start. replaced the cam sensor, and crank sensor, the fuel pump relay, and checked fuel pressure at the rail I have power to injectors but no flash. It shows that there is power there with the key on and when the engine is being turned over. Fuel pump seems to run constantly with key on and fuel pump relay keeps clicking. I am not really sure where to go from here have run out of ideas.

What was the fuel pressure at key on?

40 psi at rail and 60 with return pluged

This may be unrelated, but its worth checking. Check the power wires, from the battery to everywhere. Check for corrosion, bad contacts, etc. I've had a bad power wire prevent me from turning the starter over even though the rest of the car had power.

What do you mean by no flash in your first post?

I think what you are describing is no fuel injectors pulsing to put fuel into the cylinders. And while you mention putting fuel in the pcV, that would be dumping fuel into the crankcase aka oil,......I think you are probably putting it into a vacuum line that allows it to go into the cylinders. That would work to get it running if you didn't have fuel from the injectors.

Test for power with key on at the fuel injectors. Our system powers up the injectors with key on and then the computer toggles the ground to operate the injectors when the engine is running.

Yes, you are correct. I am not getting any pulse at the injectors. Yes, I meant putting in the vaccum. If anyone could help me from this point I would be greatfull.

I know this seems almost offensively obvious, but did you check the fuses?

It's really odd that your fuel pump relay is clicking. I think your problem is ECM related.

I'd try what I suggested, and Jon also suggests. Check for power. If you have power, then flip things and check for the toggled ground from the pcm.

I'm sick and tired of this Buick. I am sending it to a scrap yard to be parted out and crushed. I replaced it with a Mercury Grand Marquis that runs perfectly. I probably need to switch to ford forum. I would like to thank everyone for there suggestions though
