well yes i suppose it does but trying to figure out if it would be worth fixing or if i should scrap it and buy a new car

Well, anytime you have a 22 year old car, that is the question......

When you have old cars, you have to know the history of it.........

A vehicle that was well maintained won't be as costly to fix or have future problems, as one that wasn't.....
