Default Need little help here. thank you

was changing a timing chain on 1999 3.8SC motor from Regal GS, and took the spring loaded tension bracket of. Now that i put sprockets back w/new chain on them, i tied the cam sprocket bolt at 70lb and then aditional 90degree though i might of done 100-105. what i need to help with is if anyone of you knows what is the torque spec for the little nut that holds the timing chain tensioner on a left of it?
Thank you ahead for the help.

It took me some digging in Alldata, but I found it...it was listed under "timing chain dampener". Go figure right?

16 ft lbs sir.

As many times I have tightened bolts and nuts, I have found a very distinct torque difference between steel/aluminum and steel/steel. I have even practiced at the junkyard on engines when it comes to torque'ing bolts.

4 extra foot pounds probably wouldn't hurt anything. When it goes from getting "tight" to going "loose", that'* when everyone says "OH, SHUT THE FRONT DOOR".

And because your tq wrench is not calibrated, you could be + or - a few foot pounds anyway.

Holy smokes, 70lb ft on a cam bolt? Dang that seems tight. The farthest I've had a 3.8 apart is for lower intake gaskets, so I don't have much experience with the internals.
