Default Reset message?

I have a 2011 Regal that shows a message "washer fluid is low" etc. The owners manual says just to press " reset" to remove the message. It does remove the message when I press reset, but it returns very time I start the car. How do I permanently erase this message? The washer tank has been filled.

Disconnect the level sensor connector and jump the 2 pins with a paperclip. Now attempt to reset the monitor. If it goes away and doesnt come back, then you have a faulty float sensor inside the tank.

Thanks, Mike. I took the car to the dealer'* service folks since it'* within warranty and they couldn't quickly fix it. I'd plan to return later and leave it, but after a few tough road bumps, it'* working okay, now. Must've been a stuck float sending wrong sensor output.
