Ahh ok thanks for clearing that up Bill. I thought Mike was going nuts there. My tensioner slid right off after taking the bolts out, no problem with the timing cover

See if ya can get a picture of the lower part of the tensioner assembly and we can tell you if you have one or two.

I do believe the only step by step we have that applies to coolant elbows is the LIM gasket change which involves taking most of the top end off.

Be careful when pulling off the tensioner if it doesn't come out, when i pulled mine off to replace the elbow and LIM gaskets it got cockeyed and the metal piping broke off in the block. 85 dollars and lots of cursing later it was fixed.

Wiggling and maybe a shot of penetrating oil are you friends in pulling this off.

As for a procedure.
Disconnect neg cable at battery
Remove alternator
Take a look at picture for bolt location, remove the bolts (don't forget the back one that can be seen in the picture)
Wiggle.
If you have the metal elbow as part of the tensioner, use the O-ring off the big end of the unused coolant elbow as the new o-ring. It'* the right size. then lube all the o-rings and slide the assembly back together.
Start to tighten down and wiggle the elbows in the bores to ensure they seat nicely w/o pressure on them.
Reassemble.

The pic in my post on page one. Last post of the page. You can see the bolt holes in the tensioner assembly.
