Special wheel for locking wire wheel covers?
93 PA with a bent rim. Guy at tire store says I need a special wheel because of the wire hubcaps with the locking center piece. It uses that green plastic nut.

Hmm, all the older locking hubcaps I've seen on GM cars either screwed onto the end of the axle shaft, or had a cup that was held onto the wheel by the lug nuts that had a stud the hubcap screwed down on. Maybe they changed something in the last 10 years, but the older ones looked like standard steel wheels to me.

I think these have the piece that goes on the center of the rim. I don't recall if they go under the lugs, or if they screw in to little screw holes between the lugs.
I would be inclined to let the tire guy show me the difference and let him dig his own hole.
