HELLO I NEED UrGENT HEEELLLPPP

Im tryin to get my headlights to work in my 1995 buick riviera but itz a plug wit a black and green(with white stripe)wire i cant find where it goes is this the plug i need or what let me know or let me know how i can find out a wire diagram site or sumthin
