Question Odd Steering noise

I have an odd one, when the wheel is turned to the right I hear a mild buzzing noise. It does not sound mechanical, it sounds almost like a very quiet ABS. Awhile back I had an ABS issue that finally got fixed when the dealer after many attempts installed a EBTCM. Any chance that could have anything to do with the steering noise?

Which car is this about? When you are turning right and hear the buzzing are you driving or sitting still? Do you feel any vibration in the steering wheel?

Sorry for not posting the info, it is a 1998 PA with 47,000 miles on it. Bering are tight an free all new brakes. The sound is heard when driving it is a slight buzzing sound only when making a right turn. Wondering if it is in the power steering, it is not a fluid issue as it is full an clean. It started after an ABS issue was finally fixed at the local Buick dealer ship. Link to other issue below, which was not a happy experience!!! That is what has me thinking about the EBTCM.

The first thing I would check is the left front wheel bearing. I know you said the bearings are all tight and free, but I would start there.

All the bearings were checked about one month ago, when my other half gets home I will see if it does sitting still.
