FE1 Struts for 04 LeSabre

Hi, I am trying to find OEM front struts for my 04 LeSabre. I'd like to preserve the soft/floaty ride it has. Found struts GM Part# 22064781 on various retailers, but local dealer told me that it is not OEM, it is "generic" and it will be firmer than the OEMs. Now I am wondering, what is the correct part# for the FE1 suspension?

Rockauto is showing a different part for OEM original ride...ACDELCO903020RS

On my side. Rockauto is showing 22064781 as OEM, and ACDELCO903020RS as Professional replacement.

Professional refers to the best quality part, that falls in the OEM category.

A lot of . . .

. . . is dictated by the springs. If you move your springs to the new struts then give the struts a couple hundred miles to break in, you'll probably be happy. If you swap for pre-loaded struts then no telling the firmness of springs. I'd suspect the new springs would be firmer if the chosen part number crosses to more-aggressive vehicles like a Bonneville.
