Well I am flat rate so I don't pull seats either, but he is not working on a customers car. All it takes is remove 4 bolts and disconnect the seat harness and push it back into the rear seats. That would give you plenty of room and you don't have to remove the seat from the car. Nothing is worse then laying on your back up under a dash. Thats my $.02

Guys, you move that seat fully back...drop the hush panel....use a rechargeable 1/4" ratchet with extension, universal, and 5.5 mm socket, easy peasy, lemon squeazy...
2kg4u, the clock is starting, pull that seat and try and get that adjustable wrench on that 5.5 mm hex head.....you betcha!

so ... i understand that the broken actuator is under driver side dash ?
how can i'll know if it works fine or not ?
