obd 1.5

i have a 94 buick with obd 1.5 is it possible to change over to obd 2?

Short answer, no. Its possible, but I'll give you the short answer, its not as simple as swapping out PCM'*. You would have to upgrade the sensors to OBD 2 also. Your current ones read different than the OBD2 sensors.
