Default Now I broke The drivers side seat Control Panel

I was removing the drivers side heavy rubber floor mat and somehow it caught the edge of the power seat control panel, and all I heard was kerr..Snap!
Darn cheap plastic pins that hold it in are all gone except for one.
Basically it was laying completely off, wires still holding it from falling out of car!
The Good news is all switches are still working.
Oh well time to get a drill and some more screws, to hold it to the side of the seat.
Photos once I get it secured again.

I've always wondered what ker-snap sounds like.

Ya Justin it seems as it get colder out you have to be more careful around plastics too!
What really bugs me is that once the controller was completely off, I noticed there is a 4x4 inch square piece of metal in the seat that the pins attach too.
They totally cheeped out on the mounting design! All they would have had to do is have a metal frame surrounding the inside of the control panel, then have solid pins going into seat metal frame. Oh well save 5 $ and fix it your self and the sound for Mike of Kerr..Snap...waiting to happen.. LOL~!

Luckily you don't have anymore of them to break off!

This photo is for Mike, and is what Ker-Snap looks Like!
Notice the nice solid black steel plate. Good secure place to drill.

Took top electrical cover off for inspection:

Electrical & Duct Tape! You can tell this is a professional repair!

It holds well with the one working clip on top and one screw installed into plate.

Now I can relax..so ...

Hate those things, they only work like the hose clamps, one time, till you touch it
