Help! 1999 Regal stalling
I have a 1999 Regal LS that is giving me fits. Have replaced the mass air flow sensor twice, crank shaft position sensor, starter and have a battery that is only 6 months old. I can drive for weeks with no issues and then all of a sudden it starts dieing on me without warning. I have read that it could be the throttle body needing cleaned, the ignition control module or the air intake control valve.
When it starts to act up on me, the RPM guage starts to fluctuate all over the place or just drops to 0 and dies. Sometimes, it will start right back up and continue on without any further issues while other times I have had to have it towed home. I don't have the $ to put it in the shop for repairs or to even run diagnostic testing on it. Each part that has been changed is the code which was showing at that time. Where else can I look? This is my only vehicle and I need it to be reliable for me. Thank you.

Have you scanned for codes?
Yes, the throttle plate and bore should be cleaned....also have the IAC removed, clean the pintle, and clean the IAC passageway ib the throttle body....
Were the MAF'* new/rebuilt or from a junkyard?
Check the vac line to the fuel pressure regulator for fuel....
Carefully move engine harnesses and tap modules to see if you can create a blip in the idle....
