I figured checking the plug would be the better idea. I just didn't want to go pulling stuff off and there be some delicate circuitry to accidentally ruin. I don't have anything but a Chilton'* manual for this car, so I'm reluctant to go deep into some things without knowing more. I'll check the plug Monday, though. Gotta work tomorrow, so likely won't happen until then.

Okay. I tested the connector at the ICM. Only .5v'* to the ICM. Relay, perhaps? Fuse? I have nothing to illustrate the circuitry to me nor to tell me where EFI fuses or even the ECM would be located. Can someone tell me, please? Really, I need to get my hands on a factory shop manual online or otherwise, but for the moment any direction here would be most appreciated. Thanks!

ALLDATAdiy.com Leading Source of Factory Automotive Repair Information should have everything you need schematic wise for your car. It'* the closest thing to the FSM.

Have you ever used that site before? Seems I can print the manual info, but would I be able to print, for example, the entirety of the manual I need to keep as reference? And, would what be allowable for printing be complete? IOW'*, I'm not keen on the idea of paying for a subscription if it means I'm only partially able to utilize the info unless I'm otherwise accessing the site. I may not need to use the manual provided for another year and would seem a waste of money.
So, on another note, no leads for me....ie, what part to start looking at, etc?
Thanks!

I have a subscription to them for all "3" of my vehicles. In theory, you could download everything, but it would take you forever because everything is sectioned off. Think of it as a website. Not everything is listed on one page. Well worth the $20 some dollars a year for one vehicle.

Okay. Cool. So, I went to the AZ website, joined, and looked around for where you may have found that info. I'm not seeing it. I'll keep looking, though.
I'm assuming the fuses will be located behind the driver'* side kick panel near the floor board?

Most FSM'* cost more than $20. So, yeah....if I can get everything I need to know to repair/maintain my wife'* wagon, certainly it'd be worth it. I'll then also get what I need for my Subaru wagon. I have NOTHING for that. Not even a Haynes manual. And, when I'm done fixing her Buick, I have a new tranny to put in it. So, very handy a manual will be. I would assume torque specs, fluid specs, etc., etc. will be in there?
