Default 2003 Buick Park Avenue

I would have to say that if the Bonneville wasn't around I would get one of the new 2003 Park Avenue Ultra with the chrome wheels and a sunroof! Black w/ gray leather! Man, what a good picture!

I would definitly have a Grand Prix. They are very great cars.

Also, I like the SC Regal in black.

And of course, the Aurora is amazing.

Two small flaws to your poll:

One, the Aurora will certainly cease production before the Bonneville (I believe this is its last year). Two, you didn't include the car that the Bonneville gets its chassis from: the Cadillac Seville.

For performance the CTS is it. The recent version rocks and I have first hand info and product support. This car once slightly tweaked eats Audi a series and many more I will try and get video. Very nice car. I love the look of the current Le Sabre for a hotrod. I would drop a N* in it and lower it. Then paint it black and the rest I have yet decided on.

I guess we're talking only new cars here. I would have to go and get a used 95-99 Riviera.

I wouldn't mind having an Aurora. My friend has one and its as fast as and SSEi, plus its all V-8 power, no supercharger. I would love to own a V-8 powered car. But it shows once again GM made cars are the best.

What'* this? No GTO option? I guess I would go with a Park Ave Ultra, an Aurora, or a GTP.

Well, today I've ridden in two 1995-1996 Riviera'*. Both SC'ed, but one is a 1995 Series 1 SC'ed(my sister'*) and the other is a 1996 Series II SC'ed (my cousin'*). Both are very impressive rides. Smooth, quiet, and the difference between the ride quality in those and my friend Christy'* 1997 SSEi is totally incomparable. The SSEi has a sport tuned suspension, while the Riv'* have a much more refined system. Foot the the floor acceleration in the Riv'* is insanely smooth as far as seat of the pants feels. You can tell you are rapidly accelerating, yet it is hardly noticable. Also, the cabin'* are insulated with better quality insulation or more than Bonneville'*. The Bonneville SSEi is a much noisier ride, not bad though. The SSEi also feels faster (and probably is due to it being lighter -yeah, finally something an SSEi is lighter than).
The Riv is a very precisely sculpted car for a gracefull apearance under all circumstances (not to mention geared more for middle-aged people who weren't hauling the family around anymore, but were looking for an cheaper alternative to the higher priced Elderado), while the Bonneville was given a sporty, aggresive appearance.
To get back to the Riv'* I rode in today, my sister'* (she'* 24) 1995 is a rare cloth bench seat car, but with all the other options (only options not on it were leather, bucket'*, and CD player and chrome rims), while my cousin'* (he just turned 22) 1996 has every option short of chrome rims.
After having taking both for ride, I'd have to say that in a 1/4 mile race against each other they would be neck and neck. My sister'* Series I speedo seems to move faster from 0-80, but she has a 180 t-stat and K&N.
More to come later as another ride in the 1996 is calling right now.
