Question La saber year 199?

So I have found a La saber for sale, has a V6 and runs very smoothly, brake line to the front brakes needs to be replaced. However neither I nor the seller know what year it is, we just know it appears to be a 90s body-style. I have the vin-number but I don't know how those work. The vin-number is 1G4HP52K0TH41O471. What does the vin-number say about the car?
