1998 BUICK Regal AC issues
 

The ac works fine but I notice that the ac would blow out much more than it does today. I also noticed that air is coming out of the floor vents although the ac setting is set up so that air should be coming out of the vents located in the front panel. Any ideas on what I can do or maybe replace?

With the A/C off, and the HVAC blower on high, try cycling the system through defrost, vent and floor a few times to see what happens. Air coming out the defrost and floor openings under all settings is the default mode when the HVAC control head fails.
