Default Brake "pulsing" Noise

I recently purchased a 2011 Buick Regal CXL with 10,000 miles on it. After driving at highway speeds (60 to 70 mph) for a bit, I get a somewhat loud "pulsing" noise when a the car decellerates from 45 mph thru 30 mph while I apply the brakes somewhat firmly. Gentle application has almost no sound thru these speeds. The local dealer service rep says this is normal. However, I test drove another similar Buick before I bought this one and there was no noise - just smooth, quiet decellerarion.

Also, every now and then, during the final stopping (5mph and below), the car may slightly pull to the right or to the left. Again, no comment from the dealer service rep.

Any suggestions?..comments? Thanks.

not normal. rotors are warped i would imagine. the pulling im not sure seems it could be you dont have enough toe in if the normal checking tire pressures and rotor being warped doesnt solve that.

I agree with Justin. That is absolutely not normal, and you probably have at least one warped rotor.

Not normal at all... could definitely be a warped rotor, or if the vehicle sat on the lot for a while there may be rust spots on the rotors where the pads sat, have seen that a lot and will cause some noise and pulsation in the brakes also. I'd be taking the car back to them and get them to do a full brake inspection and they should either machine or replace your rotors.
