getting fuel to the rail, after it primes the fuel pump relay starts clicking fast, does the same thing if i put another known good relay in it. it runs when i pour gas in a vacuum line, and the check engine light flickers when the relay clicks, any help would be appreciated, im just new to diagnosing gm cars, any pointers, or starting places would be appreciated, im a pretty competent mechanic with Japanese cars, i just dont know anything about american ones their completely different. thanks! and feel free to ask any questions ill answer them best i can.

OK, you swapped relays, so that'* not the problem. I would then start with checking grounds. Do you have a manual for your car that will show ground points? Right now I suspect you have a corroded ground.
