06 Lacrosse RPM jumps a lil

2006 Buick lacrosse 3.8 45k arizona weather,,,,, i noticed the rpm jumps a little, maybe 100rpm you can hardly notice it, any ideas?????

Clean the MAF, look for any vacuum leaks.
