outside temperature sensor?
Once again im sure the Bonneville setup is very similar to mine, but I didnt know where the temperature sensor on my car was, the one that shows the outside temperature on the climate control thing inside the car...I found what I thought was it the other day, unplugged it, started the car and the display said it was 50 degrees outside....it was in the upper 90s I believe...so I plugged it back in, and it was still actin funky, so I disconnected the battery for a while, and it seems like after that it worked fine for a couple days, and now its back to bein loopy again, like earlier today it said it was 57* outside and it was in the low 80s.
Im thinking I need to replace the sensor, but does anyone have any other ideas?

well actually in the past couple days its been going haywire, so im going to try cleaning it really good, and if not ill just have to buy another one at some point, probably before winter, because thats the only time i pay a lot of attention to the temperature(above/below freezing)
It was working fine till you guys had to go talking about it again, thanks a lot.

temp sensor
I totally forgot about that little problem until the other day when it started again on my '05...when the car was only two days old, the (climate control) head unit'* lights went out, then the thermostat went haywire, and then one morning the defroster came on full blast and would not shut off no matter what.
The display on the head unit was blank.
The dealership replaced the head unit and the sensor.
Now since this heat wave really kicked in, the temp is doing that wacky way too cold for reality thing again...saying it is 70 when it is over 100 outside...we'll see what happens.

I never had any trouble with my climate controls, they all worked fine, it just never showed the right temperature.
I finally ended up just buying a new sensor and now it works fine, except instead of a number it just reads "damn its hot"
