GXP Color Combinations

GXP Color Combinations
Here'* a question for the masses. Is there any way around the pre-defined factory combination requirements for the exterior/interior color schemes? I prefer White exterior with a Pewter interior. I have had Grand Ams and Grand Prixs with that color combination. To be honest I just dont want to change it if I am going to drive another Pontiac.
For 2005 Bonneville there are two color option combos. Ivory White and White-Gold Tricoat. However Taupe is the only Interior color available with the White-Gold, and the Ivory White isn't a color option for the GXP model. Words cannot describe how I detest Taupe Interiors. (No Offense to anyone that has one, It'* just not my flavor)
Can I order a GXP from the Factory with pewter interior and a white or white-gold exterior? And if not, is there some type of logic someone can enlighten me with as to why all of a sudden these restrictions are in place on a basic color such as white? Especially since Pontaic has offered them in the past?
Thanks in advance for your responses.

I would call up the dealer and see if they can special order one for you. It will take longer if they can do it, but you'll be happier. Oh, did I mention the cost? It may be a little bit mor expensive too, but I would call the dealership first to see if its possible
