Default Removing Rear seat & deck lid

Hope this is in the right spot if not moderators please move it. Can anyone tell me how to remove the rear seat and deck lid on the gxp? I'm taking it in for them to fix my tint and I hear removing the rear seat and deck will make it easier for them.
