Thanks!! I will let you know. He said that he is calling a GM dealership tomorrow to see if it's possible these lighting issues could be tied to the work they did on my car. So far he's being understanding about replacing the parts. I know that there are people that like to pull fast ones on a girl in the shop. So, I stood my ground right away and let him know that I did my fair share of research on-line and very well know that this is likely related to the wiring they did. I will wait for his call tomorrow & see how far he's willing to go to help. If I need anything from there I will let you know.
Oh, and BTW I did let him know I've had this car for about 2 years now and the only thing it's been in the shop for was routine maintenance such as my oil changes. I said I was sad to see issues like this right after I got my car back. I love my car and just want the poor thing to be all better. Yes it's a very beautiful car. I had a Grand Prix GTP before this and had very good luck with that car as well. Just had too many miles so I got this car :-) |
I had the same problem, I replaced all the led's and the heated seat still didnt work. I found one heat element ($ 160) open and a bad module, after I the heated element & replace the module ($ 120) the heated seat work like a champ.
I have a lot of pictures to post, but im new here & dont know how yet..... |
feel free to post them up! all you need is a photobucket or like account upload them to that then use the image codes from there in the threads here and your all set
