Default Front end vibration again

I'm trying to figure out if I'm the only one here.

I had very noticeable front end shaking when I got the car with ~46k miles. I had a warranty so I took it in. Turns out the wheel hubs were bad, so they replaced them both, and said I needed to have the tires balanced again. The tires were never removed, so I don't understand why they had to get balanced, but I did it anyway. The replacement of the wheel hubs helped immensely, and the balancing of the tires made it perfect.

Now, the front end is shaking again, and I have 81k miles on the car. Its not bad, but you can feel it in the steering wheel and in the floorboard as if something is wobbling, and its the worst at around 65mph. Its quite annoying, and I'm planning on taking it in to get checked.

Anyone have any ideas on what it could be this time? Another set of failed wheel hubs? They were replaced by the dealer with acdelco wheel hubs last time. The tires were installed in November of last year, and this problem just started happening recently.

Another thing...the reason why I'm asking this is because I don't want to go to the dealer and have them tell me that my wheel hubs are fine, then get charged for the diagnostic, and have to pay to get the tires balanced again anyway, unless discount tire will balance them for free.

That sounds more like the tires are out of balance...is the car pulling at all??? you may have a tire with a seperated belt causing vibration...maybe inner or outter tie rod end...

Car isn't pulling at all. I'll take it in to Discount Tire to have the tires checked out. Its pretty annoying. Tie rods are fine, I checked those already.

I've had nothing but problems with the factory GoodYear tires. I've already had 3 of the 4 tires replaced under warranty and I have a real irritating wobble again too. I think it'* probably the only original tire on the car, but RSA'* are the worst for quality and lateral runout. I wish I had the money to replace all four tires, but I only have 22k on the car and the tread is like new. I'd be willing to bet it'* a tire that'* causing your problem too. Good luck

I've discovered the problem after I raised the car up. The tie rods are **completely** shot.

I'd like to give you guys an update. The Bonneville is in the shop again, and this time not at the dealer. Turns out, the wheel hubs were bad as well. Front and rear driver wheel hubs were bad and making a lot of road noise. Keep in mind the car has 84k miles on it, and both front wheel hubs were replaced by the dealer at 46k. Do yourself a favor; don't ever use ACDelco wheel hubs.

The tech has to go out for another drive after he'* done replacing those two, to see if the front passenger hub is bad as well. I'd love to hear him say that they're all toast. Still, this is ridiculous. The same wheel hub completely toast by 84k miles? That'* ridiculous.

cant really think much right now but could it be something else that is causing the hub to fail?

Can't imagine what else would cause a wheel hub to fail prematurely. Wheel hubs are pretty basic. Bearing, hub, rotation.
