Default Bonnie GXP Production Date set...

I just found out that the Pontiac Bonneville GXP is set to start production on March 15th 2004. It'* about time since I ordered mine back at the end of October! Would it not make sense that GM make the Bonnie an '05 model now being that they would have a ridiculously short 2004 term? Great site you got here! I'll post extensive pics and a review once I get the car which should be within the next 2 months I predict, (early April perhaps?) I'm very excited and it would make a good companion to my Victory Red Chevy Avalanche.

Welcome to the forum. Where did this information come from? I thought they would be on the showroom floor in February.

The info comes via GM'* InfoNet available only to dealers or salesmen, not customers. This info just got put up yesterday. Until yesterday they were saying March, before that they were saying February, before that they were saying January. This model has been delayed quite a few times now. Not sure if there are problems with the new line that they had to set up for this car or their supply of 4.6 Northstars or what. Anyway, I feel my source is official even though there is no other place on the net right now where you can find this date. (Believe me, I've tried to verify with another source.)
