Whats the cleanest way to run power to the trunk an system?

What is the easiest way to run power back to your trunk for a system?

Well the quickest would be run it thru the top of your fender and into the cab past the door and along the side under your paneling...
The cleanest would to to push it thru the hole in the firewall and run it down thru the canter concel and under the carpet and back seat and into the trunk.

the cleanest way is always better never run it gtough the door that could cause a fire and it makes it obvious that u have a stereo

In my car there was a plastic chunk on the passenger side of the engine bay, under the fuse relay cover. I drilled a hole into that(mindful not to drill any wires) and ran my wires through that.

That's the same way I ran the ether tube to my trans temp gauge in my A-pillar. I found the plastic passthru next to the steering boot under the column, and drilled through that. Squirted some silicone in there for extra measure. Much better for wires and hoses to pass through plastic than metal, even with a grommet.

gotta go through the door....got that 4 guage in there...you cnat see it unless you open the door...then its not that noticable...i tried pullin up on carpet but i couldnt cut the carpet where i wanted the wires to come out i was pissed..anywas...i do whats easiest..!

I would seriously never do that if that door is shutting on that wire and pinching it then eventually that plastic sheething is going to wear out and expose that wire. if that happens all that current could go into ur door and then ur life could come to its tragic end or at least ur car

I have mine going through the door and the door never touches the wire.
