1989 Bonnie le Ungo MS850 horn acting up. GOt the alarm in, have to install door lock feature yet. When the car is in the on position, the horn will emit a whewwhewwhew like a dying cat noise. Almost as if its a quiet lower power alarm going off. If that explains it...
