I want to get a Factory Cd player for my 93 SSEi, What years will hook right up and work properly with my car? also do they play burnt cds? and are my steering wheel controls compatable like will the seek buttons change the track and all?...just curious here and hoping to get my hands on a older factory cd player.

You would probably need to get it done at a GM dealership to unlock the player
the stock cd player should play burned cds.

The only completely compatible models come from the 92 and 93 Bonnevilles. If you want to use a 94-99 unit, there are some mounting/electrical incompatibilities, but it can still be done. See:
