Default Bose Boom . . .

Hey everyone, I have a 2000 SSEi with the Bose 8-Speaker System, which sounds awesome actually. But when I turn the car off and remain inside I can hear the speakers continue to hiss even with the radio off. Occasionally I also hear what sounds like a deep base sound coming from the read speakers. Is this normal? Should I be concernned? Thanks for the help!

the hiss is annoing isnt it.....ya that is because the door chimes run thru the Radio and the speakers....I really hate what they did....but unless you change the headunit (which is a pain in the ***) you will have the hiss

and as for the boom or pop, i have never experienced that before
