Does anyone know anywhere i can have a ported box made by specifications for two 12' jl audio W3v2 at a decent price

Also im still looking for an amp to buy for this as i was told to get the JL AUDIO 500/1 for these but 350$ aint lookin to great in my bank account right now to spend on an amp atm...If you can help it would be much appreciated

buy the jl amp is worth it and some i had one there more then capable and under rated for power

Where do you live? I can help in the search. Are there any pro shops around your area? That would be the best place to go. Your looking at almost a 4 cube box for those 12'* ported.

If you get to a pro shop, make sure you measure out your trunk so that they can build a box that fits. Sometimes they will even measure it for you if you ask them to help you out.


As far as the amp, I would save up for the JL 500/1. That amp will push upwards of 600+ watts and is stable From 1.5 ohms up to 4 ohms. (Not sure what coil config you have) but worth the money.

Hey thanks there ... i live in the chicago area but i have been visiting tweeter for most my electronic needs but they seem to up the prices alot which is the only place i have seen the 500/1 for sale ... tweeter said 300 bucks for a ported box built to specification ... so that leaves me looking forward to spending a good 1,000 for the amp,box,as well as addin installation.
