All the 92-99 front door speakers are round 5.25" speakers. The tweeters are mounted on 3.5" holes, but they're much smaller with adapter plates.

I don't think "all" I think I've seen a select few with 4x6'*, mine has the "Performance Audio" option so I have the component fronts with the 5.25 and tweeter...
As far as the Bose system, that may be your 5.25 / tweeter option, but it may be best to check with someone WITH the Bose system or that had it

Are you sure about that? I haven't seen any door panels at all that have 4×6" speakers. Some books list the Bonnevilles as having 4x6 speakers in the door panels, but that'* a typo. If you don't have the "Performance Audio" option, you either have a horrible 5.25 speaker and a horrible tweeter, or you have a 5.25 speaker with the smaller hole taken up by a business card holder. Samueljackson'* Bonneville pictures in Your Ride show these. Link coming.

Yeah I've seen the business card holder thingy, but I am more than sure I've seen one or two pics somewhere that showed 4x6'* inside a Bonneville'* door, these were like 93ish low-models, meaning no options at ALL.

Junkyards have SSE and SSEi Bonnevilles all over, but I suggest going with an aftermarket speaker set for even better sound. The problem with that is you have to take off both of your door panels for that switch. You could at least go to a junkyard to practice taking off door panels, though.
The 96-99 models are the ones with the newer style front grille, headlights, and tail lights. Actually, you could just go by whichever Bonneville has the BOSE logo on the front, under the radio. That works just as well as identifying by the exterior. There are either two 10mm bolts or 2 screws in each door panel. One is under the plastic part at the top of the door handle, and the other is under the light fixture under the door handle. It should be either a T10 or a T15 that holds the charcoal piece surrounding the door handle, and everything else is just plastic pins.
