Radio Question
I am having a radio question. I had to disconnect the battery to replace the coil pack on my 91. Now the radio is locked and i have done the mute button, i have even been to the dealership and they cannot unlock my radio. WHat can i do?? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

no it is just the delco loc. I just says loc across the LED. Please send me the directions to fix this blasted piece of crap stereo.!!! I was just thinking about getting another one from the junk yard but what do yall think that i should do? Please advise.

The Dealer has the scan tool, heres the procedure.
Radio Setup
Complete the following procedure, using a scan tool, in order to properly set up communication:
1. At the Main Menu screen, select: Diagnostics.
2. At the Vehicle Identification screen, select the following options:
Model Year
Passenger Car
3. At the System Selection Menu screen, select: Body.
4. At the Vehicle Identification screen, select the appropriate model.
5. At the Body screen, select: Radio.
6. At the Radio screen, select: Special Functions.
7. At the Special Functions screen, select: Radio Setup.
8. At the Radio Setup screen, press ENTER (The following test will set up a new or existing radio).
9. Verify that the scan tool displays "Test in Progress."
10. Verify that the scan tool displays "Test Completed Successfully."
11. Press EXIT on the scan tool and cycle the ignition.
Important
The radio set up will configure the following systems:
Steering Wheel Controls
LEARN VIN
Diagnostic Trouble Codes
Class 2 Radio Messages
Without learning the VIN, the radio will display a locked message (LOC).
Radio Theft Procedure
Complete the following procedure, using a scan tool, in order to properly set up communication:
1. At the Main Menu screen, select: Diagnostics.
2. At the Vehicle Identification screen, select the following options:
Model Year
Passenger Car
3. At the System Selection Menu screen, select: Body
4. At the Vehicle Identification screen, select the appropriate model.
5. At the Body Screen, select: Radio.
6. At the Radio screen, select: Special Functions.
7. At the Special Functions screen, select: VIN Relearn.
8. At the VIN Relearn screen, the scan tool will display "Do you want to clear radio theft information?"
9. To begin clearing, press the soft touch key on the top right of the scan tool. The scan tool will display "Clearing Radio Theft in Progress."
10. Press EXIT on the scan tool and cycle the ignition.
Important
The radio theft will learn the VIN. Without learning the VIN, the radio will display a locked message (LOC or LOCKED).

U guys do know there is another and much easier way around that LOC feture to the Bonnie radeo'*.. right? here'* what ya do.... hook up the radeo. or what ever u r doin... it will say LOC.... now.. open your pannel to your fuses, pull the one for the Radeo, and put it back, it might still say LOC, do it again, and again till your system resets it'self... nice and easy... i've done so manything to my little o'l car where i had to remove the battery cable... i just do this every time.. only takes a few trys and boom.. it'* unlocked... easy and simple... have fun

I think there was some confusion here about what year we were talking about. 91, 94, or 00? After reading this through the second time, I know it was the 91, and I thought we had a procedure for that here? Anyway, glad you got it working!
