headlight shots
Well I took a few pictures of my headlights tonight...first let me start you off with a side view night shot!
next is a head shot with the lows(cool blues) and the fogs(stock)
here are the stock high'*
and the always impressive fog and parking lights shot
now here'* the interesting part...the other night my wife was driving the bonnie(egads!) and I was in the Jeep...I noticed that the drivers side light in the bonnie was brighter than the passenger side. Since I've recently put the cool blues in I figured that the positioning was off. So tonight I set out to adjust it. Here'* what I found. Look at this picture of the lows and fogs(notice the drivers side is slightly higher).
Here is what'* perplexing me...here'* a shot of the high'*(notice they appear to be level).
I tried adjusting the headlight down so the low'* were in line however then the high'* were off and vice versa. Ideas, suggestions, compliments???

I would go ahead & aligin it on the lows. Since you probably use the lows more anyways.
But the only thing I can think of is either
A: The low beam bulbs isnt sitting right in the housing or,
B: The reflector in the housing is bent upwards a lil bit.

I thought It was the opposite way. I thought the low beams were supposed to be low, & the high beams are supposed to be staggered. Ill go run outside & check.

Im just as confused as you now. But I think we are fine. Because jwikoff99 said he thinks his drivers side was lower. He never got back to us about this. But I think we are in the clear.

I always thought the passenger side is suppose to be higher then the driver side, cause as mentioned, they driver side is to stop from blindin on coming traffic and the passenger side is kept up higher cause if you do have some idiot with hi beam on.. you look at the passenger side lights and see and follow the line or curb so you don't stare directly at the light coming but still know you're goin straight on the road . As for hi beams.. I don't know..
