Default Stock CD unit

My 97 Bonneville has a stock radio with cassette. I'd like to upgrade it to the stock CD unit, any ideas on where I should look?

Best place is Ebay. Any Ponitac cd player from 94-99 will work for you, though some Pontiacs still used that player on past those years.

Here'* the link to the Ebay category....

OEM CD players

Search for Bonneville,Grand Prix,Grand Am or Sunfire

Also, try to find one with the 7 band EQ. It may be a little more expensive but well worth it

Would the same go for the 96 LeSabre? Years wise?

Will I run into a problem with any security codes? I don't know anything about them...
