Default Delco/Bose CD inop

Hi All,
I've just bought a beautiful near-new 1999 SSEi. The CD player doesn't seem to be entirely happy. It will play a CD for a minute or 2, stops, does a bunch of whirring and scanning, then spits the CD out with ERR20 on the display. Does anyone have any idea what may be wrong here? I saw an earlier post where someone recommended to another member to remove the unit and give it a good cleaning. This may be an option for me, but some time ago I was surfing aimlessly and ran across a web site of a company that reconditions factory stereos. I have not been able to find it again. Does anyone out there know of such a place?

Thanks a bunch!

Hmm, you can take a factory cd player out of most pontiac vehicles that will work. Also try the cd-cleaning sutff. You could also take it out, and take it completely apart.
