I have a new keyless entry/starter disable system that i would want to install. I am looking for lock module wiring diagrams so i know what wires to splice in. This module also has the option for two stage unlocking where i press the button once for driver door, and again for the rest of the doors. So i need to fggure out if i have positive/negative pulse doors and which wires goto which doors if this is even possible. Or do i need to go through and test all the wires to figgure it out myself. If anyone has a diagram or a little help would be much appreciated.

The Bonnevilles have a positive lock/unlock trigger if you use the wires from the switches.

Drivers door lock isolation (two stage unlock) is possible to do with the addition of a relay and some fancy wiring.

Need more detail. Do you have:
Factory keyless entry? (RPO AU0)
Factory security system? (RPO UA6)

Awesome! so positive pulsing. THats good to know. And my car was a bare-bones so it came with neither the keyless entry nor the alarm from the factory. It did not even have a power trunk release untill this year (That was some interesting wiring too) From what i remember on my friends 91 Bonne the module was up under the glovebox area... That is the same here i assume? I need to pull off the dash pieces to find this stuff out myself... I appreciate the help.

Naw, you don't have to dig around the glovebox. The relays are there but you can just as easily tap into the wires in the driver'* kick panel (where the hood release is). If you did have factory keyless entry, the car will already have a driver'* door isolation relay. Two stage unlock can still be done... do you want to try to tackle that?

The lock wire is light blue and the unlock wire is black (referencing the '93 diagram). The starter wire is yellow for your ignition kill and is located under the steering column. Your constant porer (red) and switched ignition (pink) are there too. Other than ground, do you have any other connections?

Well Heres the list of things i need to wire from the kit:
-Parking Light Flash [relay]
-Horn Honk [relay]
-Passenger and Rear Door Locks
-Driver door locks [relay]
-Aux output (trunk) [relay]
-I have to rewire my trunk system i made up so that it is disabled when the doors are locked EXCEPT when the button is pushed via the remote (thats gonna be confusing)....

I think im gonna start drawing up a wiring diagram tonight and just listing the colors of the wires as we figgure them out...That will help in the long run

It you made your own ODBI interface, you'll have no problem doing this. In Techinfo, there is a list of color codes for alarms and remote starters. Your system has many of the same wires. All of the outputs you listed with [relay] will need additional relays except the horn honk. If you connect this output to the black horn wire under the column, you will trigger the factory horn relay.

For two stage unlock, you will need to loacte the tan wire that goes into the drivers door. This wire is the output of the factory unlock relay and goes to all of the power lock motors. There will probably be two tan wires in the group of wires in the kick panel. Make sure you locate the one that goes into the driver'* door by tracing it through the door jamb boot. Once you have determined the correct wire, cut it in a convenient spot. You will have two parts of the wire now. A "door side" and a "vehicle side". The door side is the wire that is from the cut point into the driver'* door and the vehicle side is from the cut point to the factory relays. Wire to a relay as follows:

85... stage 1 unlock output from keyless entry
86... constant +12v
87a... vehicle side of tan wire
87... fused constant +12v
30... door side of tan wire

The 2nd stage unlock simply connects to the black unlock wire in the kick panel. Make sure you test and verify all wires prior to wiring with a test light or similar tool.

Sweet... alright im getting htis.. i forgot two last night... ignition input (so the system can sence when the key is turned to "ON" (this is important)... dome light output... where is a main wire for the interior lights when they are all on at once...? (im also gonna add a theatre dimming circuit to this line so that when the lights turn off they dim instead of pop. Im also thinking about making this a PWM (pulse width modulation) circuit because i may eventually wire up my own LED interior lights...


AHA... i feel stupid you mentioned above "ignition input is pink" so that solves one

Dome light wire is white and found in the kick panel as well. Usually there is also a wire on the headlight switch that will do the same thing. Similar to when you rotate the switch counterclockwise all the way. I'm not sure if this wire is white though.

Theater dimming would be very cool. Are you able to make a circuit to dim instead of just turn off? Please share.

As a matter of fact i have seen places to make them dim... its much easier if you never switch to LED'* because they cant dim well... they only dim if you flash them on and off very fast. If your set with your regular bulbs then go here for circuits:
