need help finding this unique light please

so, i was driving the gf's civic friday from work, nd i passed this truck that said r&b trailers or something. so i followed him to the shop and asked about his ungodly bright license plate lights he had on the front of his truck. he said $20 for 2. alright, thats a good deal so i bought 2. one is broken and im going to have to exchange them tomorrow.
the thing is, they came in very small anti static packaging and frankly they look like an ebay find. since i have to go back anyway im thinking return em and get em cheaper. thing is, i cant find them so i was hoping you guys could help me. the closest i have came to finding them is "led license plate bolt" which is what they are. any help is greatly appreciated! i uploaded pics. thanks alot!!! thanks alot, i think i may pick up a pair from that website for reverse lights. these things are brighter than all creation. i could drive around with just the new lights if i really wanted to. honestly im just thrilled that i dont have to have bulky fog lights up there anymore.
