lookie what i did
ok so heres what i wanted to do. i wanted to take my phone and be able to hook it up to my stereo even though it doesnt have a headphone jack only the small tiny. I use the ghetto tape for like cd players in my car for my mp3 player. the reason i wanted to hook up my phone is now i have music on it and a lot more memory than my mp3 player but i still wanted to keep the regular headphone jack on the tape so i could use it for other things. so heres what i did.
i got one of those splitters for headphones where it has the headphone jack on end and two ends on the other end to plug two headphones into that looks like this.
next i got one of the wired headsets for cell phones with the small plug that looks like this.
i cut one end off of the splitter and the plug of the headset so i could connect the two
im having a problem with..... i call it the ground but its the wires that go around the other wire on the inside that are the first ones you see unsheathed, i connected them but its really touchy but i think i got it but if anyone has any ideas i would be glad to hear them.
so my finished wire looks like the wire in the middle of the phone and the tape
and here it is all connected
pretty cool huh

DINOSAURUS BOOSTUS
Expert Gearhead
And when it stops working from being pulled on..he can retape the wires back together.
If it works..it works.. good to see someone else wanted to play music off their phone.
