steering wheel controls
Ok my steering wheel controls wont work the radio.I have a stock radio in there and not sure if it is the original or not.(radio was in there when i bought the car) The lights work but,my question is dose the radio have to be compatable with wheel controls or no?Or should i follow what the tech section says to do?Thanks

My nephew had the same problem with his 01 GTP. All the problem was that the little pins behind the buttons themselves had broken off. All we had to do was to take the buttons out and glue in pieces of toothpicks. I know it sounds funny but, it works! And has for 2 years now. The buttons arent hard to pull out and toothpicks are a dime a dozen. All you really need is some wood glue and some patience. Good luck!

look into this thread for a complete list of how to use toothpicks to save your butt(ons) hehe
