Well i just had to say, i'm probably reached the absolute zero of mach-up stereo installs. I wanted more bass in my bonnie, but i'm a little short on the ching, so iw as wandering through the junkyard this past weekend and saw a fresh aurora sitting there. Decided to look (originally for 6x9'*) and low and behold it has the Bose Acoustimass sound system, all intact. So of course i grabbed the amp and sup with enclosure from the back. 20 bucks. I took it home, saw-zalled the un-necessary parts off, wired up the amp, and there ya go. Lots more bass with not much money. Pic to come!

Lakeville- I go to John'* auto in blaine. 101st and central. Great place, but the take out te drivetrain and the good radios first so you're kinda out of luck there. I've gotta lucky on lots of stuff though, like monster RCA patch cords and such. Ya i know the SHO'* have the JBL sub but i've heard them and i took one of them apart at the yard once and i could just tell it wasn't built as well as the Bose unit.
