dynamat placing
i am really developing a need for dynamat so i have a few questions on where i put it....
on the underside of the trunk lid itself, any way to dress it up? make it look a bit nicer? behind the rear lights, these rattle alot, but i dont know where i could possibly put it to stop the rattling and n ot block the lights. in the rear deck, just put it on the bottom? and will that stop the glass from rattling too? |
put it everywhere u cant go wrong 8)

when i put my peel and seal on the trunk lid, i just put my carpet back over it, it looks completely stock.
do you know exactly what is rattlin in your lights? do they just need to be tightened? i know in my ssei tails the black plastic rails inside that we delaminated rattled a really high pitch. i glued them back down and they are fine now. i didnt put any on my rear deck, didnt see enough room to do anything. and your glass is rattling??? how, is it physicallse loose in there or what? |
First thing, find out what is rattling, push and pull on things and see if that rattle stops, you can use foam weather stripping inbetween plastic and plastic/metal, some things just need a cushioned spacer to stop, this also works great for license plates and covers. Than start Dynamat on the panels.
