Sub/Amp Blown?
I was rocking out to music the other day and all of a sudden my subs starting hitting really messed up, not to the beat or anything, now they dont work at all! I checked the power to the amp and it works, but the light that tells me if the amp is on, flickers? Anyone know what this is, and if I can fix it without buying a new amp?

push on the subs with your hand lightly, if they move freely, and arent seized up, thats a good thing...then look at ur amp...
if they are rock solid...NOT GOOD...you blew em

It could be a loose connection of the remote turn on lead, you said that the light flickers. It sounds like the amp is cycling on and off.

Even if the sub moves freely it could still be blown. Take the sub out and smell it by the hole in the magnet. If it smells burnt the sub is fried.

Figured it out, the inline fuse for my power wire was loose?!?! I checked the subs and they were fine, and all of the power wires were fine, so I went and checked to see if the fuse was blown. It wasnt so i fiddled with it and my subs came on. So thats what it was. Pretty fricken bogus if you ask me.
