Default Is Factory CD Changer Wiring Harness already present?

Is the factory CD changer wiring harness already present in all Bonnevilles? If so...where would it be? Just wondering because I see in some posts that people say it is already present in their cars, so I am wondering if it is in all of them. Mine is a '97 SSE.

Thanks for the help.

Gary,

I would assume the wiring would be there however why dont you just go for an aftermarket FM modulated unit.. no wires necessary....other than a power/ground

Well, because I already have an XM Roady installed via FM modulation, so I don't want to have...or would rather not have an FM modulated CD changer. That is why I would rather have the Factory unit if the wiring harness is already there, and will work with the stock AM/FM CD EQ head unit.

hmmm, well i dont know exactly what wires the factory changer would use i know my 95 se didnt have any "extra" wiring for any kind of changer system when i put in the pioneer head unit....so i would assume it would somehow tap into what would already be there, lemmie look @ my 95 service manual and see what i can come up w/
....

::edit:: im not seeing anything about ANY factory changers for 95, so i guess someone w/ a newer set of manuals will want to chime in here....
