cant hook em up... no amp. However, BlackBetty and I are installing his amp on Monday, so i will be able to test these badboys then on a MA Audio HK2000D (1800w rms) and we will see what they can do. Im a little worried about one of em.. the cone/dustcap/face seems to be a little loose and did i hear a voice coil rubbing? IDK yet, ill let u guys know.

Nah man I think the voice coils are fine, strictly cosmetic flaws no biggie. I cant wait for you to get an amp to push them, then we will have a showdown lol.

so i thought i heard a voicecoil rubbing... after closer inspection, i looked down the pole vent and saw the damn screen became unglued from the backside of the pole vent and is loose inside behind the magnet.. its to big to pull back out, i used hemo'*, needle nose pliers, chop sticks and even a fishpole and hook (and as im always unsuccesful with a fishing pole in my hand, the line snapped as i was trying to pull it out so now there is a fishing hook in there also, LOL) the magnet is so large on these dang things, the pole vent is prolly 4-5 inches long. I thought if i peeled the dustcap/cone/face off i could retreave it, i created a little gap, and shined a LED light inside and then looked down the pole vent, no light, so there is a barrier... im puzzled.

Any ideas?

btw im supposed to be picking up a JL 500/1V1 monday to power my kickers, yay

here is how the psp terminals work

got the screen out but fishing hook is still lost in there. Hopefully it will stay stuck on the inside of the magnet and not move!
