Car audio research tools and recommendations!

There were recommendations made in another thread, but because they weren't on topic, they will soon be deleted. In this thread, they will be ON topic!! :D

First off, for those of you who have a thirst for knowledge, there is an endless supply of objective information on http://www.bcae1.com/

Happy hunting!!

Also, some of you are looking for components for an affordable price. CDT is a company focused on achieving the best possible sound reproduction for the best possible price. www.CDTaudio.com. There is extensive information on there regarding much of the technology they have developed.

IMO, along with many others, the best deal out there is the CDT CL-61a's on www.thezeb.com. They are on sale for $150. For those of you who just want good sound at an affordable price, and don't care about tuning, this is the best deal out there. Once again, this is a only an opinion...a highly agreed with opinion. :)

I ran these components in my last system, and I was HIGHLY satisfied...my only complaint (and this is because I have a sad addiction to car audio and MUST find a reason to buy and try new equipment :() is that the mids maybe didn't put out enough bass for my liking. This is just my opinion.

I have a lot more I could add, but i'll wait for questions. Feel free to add more, anyone! :D
