Default Interior lighting

hello, im a little new to this site so could you guys help me out? I want light the inside of my car a little bit more. Possibly with red lights under the steering column near the fuses and same on the passengers, as well as under the seats. Any recommendations? and where can i get some lights? thanks guys oh and btw i have a 99 bonneville sle
