what illuminates the gauges? radio/climate control swap.
is there a bulb behind them, can the color be changed? my HU has a green/blue display and it would be neat to have a blue guage setup. or is it the actual plastic where the light shines through red?
another question i had is, has anyone ever tried switching the climate control ***** and their cd player. it would be nice to have my cd player on top but i don't think the holes in the dash are compatible, but what if you took a cd player adapter that was the same size as the climate control stuff then could it be possible?

Realistically? No. I mean, sure, you can do anything with enough time and patience, but you'd be looking at a lot of dash reconstruction to slog through in order to do it. IMHO the amount of effort required would be wildly out of proportion to the benefit resulting from it.
