Logic circuit help needed!
I am trying to build a scanner led array (see knight rider) Like that little stripe of leds that blinks back and forth. I want to design a circuit like that that will work with 12 leds. Ive found some schematics for arrays of 6, but not 12. They are going in a pair of hood scoops. NOT on a bonneville
Does anyone on here know how I could pull this off? Im starting to wish that I paid more attention when I took logic circuits in college :P

I think all you would have to do in the circuit is run them in series not parallel. Thats about all i can remember i will look up some stuff from my old books and try to help you out.

The last output of the array will turn on the next input in the 2nd array, you need 2 each 6 segment displays.
Think there is a plan here somewhere
